Refund Policy

At Picardy Wines, we take great pride in the quality of our wines and the care taken in packaging and delivery. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. In any situation where you feel like a refund is reasonable, please contact us at harry@picardy.com.au

If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We may require photographic evidence to assist with any claims.

All refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of Picardy Wines.
